One of the largest mistakes people often make is picking any agent to help them through the buying or selling process without first interviewing them first. They may get lucky but often times that is not the case. According to many studies done, most people say they only met with one agent before hiring them. 

Because the real agent you hire is a critical part of your home buying or selling experience, we recommend that you interview any agent (or agents) you are thinking of hiring to help you before you choose one.

We also recommend you do your own research. Google the agent's name. Do they have online reviews? If not, why? 

Ask for past client references. After all, past clients can share with you how the process went and whether or not they would hire that agent again for the job.
