As Operations Manager at West Real Estate Group, Marena helps keep the team organized, supported, and moving forward. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, works to improve systems and processes, and makes sure the team has the tools and resources they need to provide an exceptional client experience.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College, Marena brings a combination of business knowledge, marketing experience, and client-focused communication to her role. Her background in Client Care has given her a unique understanding of what it takes to create a seamless and meaningful experience for both clients and the team.
Known for her friendly, dynamic, and determined personality, Marena is someone who thrives on solving problems, taking action, building relationships, and finding ways to make things better. Her attention to detail and commitment to follow-through allow her to anticipate needs, keep moving parts organized, and ensure the team has what they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Marena enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her two beagles. She is a hard worker, a down-to-earth person, and someone who leads with immense integrity.
In her role as Operations Manager, Marena is dedicated to strengthening the team, improving the homebuying experience, and helping West Real Estate Group continue to grow while staying true to the values that make the company special.
