As our Client Care Coordinator, Marena’s role at West Real Estate Group is to act as the first point of contact with our new prospective Clients. She does this by guaranteeing that each customer's needs are met and exceeded as they begin the process of searching for a home and learning more about the selling process.

Marena is responsible for gathering crucial information from each new customer about their real estate goals, ensuring that they get the experience and guidance they will need. She then acts as a liaison, connecting them with one of our amazing agents.

With a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Gwinnett College in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Marena is also in charge of many of the company’s marketing efforts.

Marena’s friendly, dynamic, and determined personality enable her to make connections with all the incredible customers we have yet to serve. Her phone line is always open for questions and you can trust that she will represent our company’s mission of making real estate less complicated and more enjoyable.

While not at work, Marena is happiest at home with her family or hiking with her beagle, Ruger. Marena is known as a hard worker, a down to earth person, as well as someone of immense integrity.
