As the co-owner of West Real Estate Group, Victoria is extremely passionate about the company’s success and reputation in the community. Being a Registered Nurse and working most of her adult life in the Emergency Room, Victoria has an abundance of skills that enables her to be successful in the real estate world. As the company has continued to experience tremendous growth, Victoria has put her nursing career on hold to help ensure that the company remains true to their commitments to offer the very best service to their Clients and team members.

As the Director of Operations, her top concerns are ensuring quality, execution, and consistency for every home sale or purchase West Real Estate Group is apart of. She does this by gaining clarity of the big picture and then working down to the tiny details, making sure that the systems and operations are running smoothly. Her ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment enables her to complete the many projects and events that West Real Estate Group continually hones in on. Focusing on the business aspect of West Real Estate Group allows the team members to do what they do best, meeting the needs and desires of those that we serve.

Like any true Idaho native, Victoria’s favorite place to be is outdoors with her family enjoying all that our beautiful state has to offer. She enjoys camping, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, catching critters with her kids and traveling to new places.

Victoria’s genuine commitment and loyalty is apparent every day that she takes the stand as both leader and visionary for the company.

Victoria lives in Meridian with her husband John and three daughters, Annaliese (R), Ophelia (M) and Sophia (L)
