Congratulations!

Now that you are pre-approved and know what your price range is, you may be asking, can I now go look at homes? The answer is yes! However, that doesn't mean jumping into the car and driving all over town, looking at every home that has a for sale sign in the yard. First, you and your Realtor will discuss what you are looking for in a home, what your needs and wants are, and what your dream home looks like to you! 

They will ask you questions like: 

• What location do you want to be in, and why? 
• How much space do you need?
• How many bedrooms and bathrooms? 
• Would you be interested in a fixer upper, or a home that is already move in ready? 
• What features and amenities do you want? Which do you really need? 

Once your Realtor understands what you're looking for, they'll be able to start finding you homes that match your criteria. Your Realtor will send you properties daily for your review. They will also help you tour the homes that best suit your needs.
